A Magnetic Flap Water Level Sensor with Remote Transmission is a device used to measure and monitor the level of water (or other liquids) in a tank or vessel. It combines a mechanical visual indicator with electronic or wireless data transmission. The Magnetic Flap Water Level Sensor has advanced technology, reasonable structure, clear and intuitive display. There are magnetic floats in the main body that move up and down with the rise and fall of the liquid level. It can be used in high temperature, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion, food and beverage and other occasions, as liquid level display or remote display and control. The product can achieve high sealing, anti-leakage and safe and reliable measurement of liquid level under high temperature, high pressure, high viscosity, and strong corrosive conditions. The whole process of measurement has no blind spots, an eye-catching display, intuitive reading, and a large measurement range, with a liquid position alarm and control switch.

How It Works

1. A float inside a guide tube rises and falls with the water.

2. The magnet inside the float activates colored magnetic flaps mounted on a display column outside.

3. An internal transmitter module senses the float's position and sends data remotely using:

   • 4-20 mA signal

   • RS485/Modbus

   • LoRa, NB-IoT, or GSM (wireless)
